Geocache Description:

Easy hike and find. But off the beaten path enough to make for a cool side trip during a touristy vacation to San Fran.

We were on vacation in the San Fran area and thought it would be nice to hide a cache to help remember our trip. We were staying at Marin Headlands and decided this would be a perfect area to hide it. We didn't have much time and it was pretty cold by the coast so we made it easy (1/2 hour round trip) but it will bring you to a pretty secluded beach where we watched Sid the sea otter playing in the waves for about 15 minutes. Hope you enjoy the beach and the cache. I will count on those who visit to help maintain the cache since I will not be able to get back to it very soon.
