Geocache Description:

This is a larva cache of the Town Hall of Tornio - Tornion raatihuone (GCK3HY) by titi.

The City Hall of Tornio

This city hall was completed back in the 1973. It's huge but still there are some new administrative buildings a hundred meters or so to the southwest.

The cache itself should be pretty easy to find or at least not impossible. It's a film canister with a lead pencil and the log sheet in it. This is a holiday cache maintained by polarit where neccessary.
