There is only one entrance to the location. The coordinates make it appear as if you have to drive through a police station. This is not the case. If you figure out what "ails" you then you are near the correct entrance.
Cache is a fair sized cylandrical (hint) plastic container. It has most of the contents from my first cache plus many additional items. A wheresgeorge dollar is also contained within.
