The coordinates are for the Modesto Arch in Modesto, CA. NOT a natural arch. We're talking about natural arches formed by water and wind errosion.
While Delicate Arch is one of the most famous natural arch,
not all natural arches exist in Utah. They're all over the place. Many are well known while others are deep in the woods and really hard to find.
To get credit for this find you need to:
take a picture of a natural geologic arch
take a picture of you and your gps with the arch
post the coordinates of the arch
Some arches on in some precarious places so get as close to the arch as you can, don't get hurt.
I can't wait to see how many arches there are out there.
You are NOT limited to one person per arch. You can use the coordinates from someone elses log to find the same arch, but you need a new picture.
