Burton Park Revisited Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Rogue Ramblers: The pole cap this was hiding in is completely gone, and the location has clearly been compromised. So as much as we've enjoyed having a cache here, it's time for this one to say "Goodbye".

Geocache Description:

Burton Park, named after once city activist and mayor Edward Burton, is a large, popular park near downtown San Carlos. The park offers basketball courts, tennis courts, a children's playground, a toddler's playground, two horseshoe pits, picnic tables, drinking fountains, benches, restrooms, and two ball fields. On Friday nights during July and August, local merchants sponsor free concerts in the park, when much of the community gathers with picnic baskets and perhaps a bottle of wine to socialize and to relax at the end of the work week Visit the City of San Carlos Summer Concerts page for concert information.

This cache doesn't employ the excellect camo technique NavySparks used for the original Burton Park cache, but hopefully is less likely to be muggled. The cache is a sign only micro, somewhat smaller than a film cannister, and should be handled with care.
