Capitalist Cache Traditional Cache

Right on the lawn of the state capital (Please take note this is another small one), (I made the difficulty 3 because it's a high traffic area and you don't want to get noticed)

Make sure to visit the USS Arizona Anchor Memorial while you're there, it's at 33°26.890'N, 112° 5.589'W

A few words of caution, it's not in plain view, and it's not buried. Be careful tho because this one is probably not going to be there long if someone spots you finding it, or if you don't cover it when putting it back (the maintenence crew seems to clean well.. heh).
