This is a quickie. Almost a park and grab
POJ of POJ&MMJ suggested this spot as a nice intro cache to the newly acquired area and addition to the Hale Reservation. This is good for kids and newbies alike.
Convenient parking and access to the Hale Reservation and the Sen Ki cache (GC32V3M) as well as a couple of others.
Thanks to "Golfin' fool" for the research of the following: "I located a book of historical pictures from Westwood (I lived there for over 20 years). It seems the structure was a Carbarn that housed trolley cars. It was built in 1896. It stored the cars for the trolley line that operated from Dedham through Islington, to Norwood and East Walpole."
You are looking for a 2” square mint tin. Conveniently hidden a short walk from the parking area and about waist high. Please re-hide carefully and securely. Not enough room for a pen, so bring your own.
And yes, there is an unregistered mini-coin for the FTF!
Good luck, Cache Happy!
CONGRATS TO "Golfin'fool and Me too" FTF. I guess the "early birds" were still sleeping.:)
