This is a chance to geocache in and around the City of Council Bluffs, IA. The caches will be placed around the city at points of interest. We hope you will join us for a day of caching,other activities, and drawings for prizes. NEW FLASH! We just got a $100 gift card donated by Bass Pro for our drawing!!!!
This is the first caching event to be held in the historic town of Council Bluffs, IA. All group activities will take place at the Western Historic Trails Center, 3434 Richard Downing AV, Council Bluffs.

Important Info
Our sanctioned motel is the Heartland Inn at 1000 Woodbury Av just off I-80 at Exit 5. There is a block of 20 rooms being held until October 6 but reserve early to be sure of getting one. The phone number is 712-322-8400.
Our sanctioned campground is Lake Manawa State Park. It is near the Western Historic Trails Center. It is has electrical hook ups and a dump station but the showers will be shut off for the year. Call 712-366-0220 for reservations.
