The Rat: This cache is being archived to reduce my maintenance workload. For those who were frustrated by it, the actual coordinates are posted with this log. The intended method of solution is as follows:
For those who know the game of cribbage, just score the hands as shown, concatenate the scores (3-7-2-15-etc.), and you have the coordinates.
For those who have never heard of cribbage, the hint refers to using the (Julius) Caesar cipher on the cache name, Tue Zane, to come up with His Nobs. Search that on Google or other search engine and you will get a bunch of cribbage sites. That should be enough to get you to the above step. I even created the Hail Caesar cache soon after this one to give people an added hint about who Julius was and what to do about the hint.
The small object inside the film canister was a magnet, but it was loose, not glued or taped. One unintended kicker that made this hard was a set of metal bleachers that was away from the cache location (in a fencepost) when I hid it, but as it turns out they are moved over next to the fence half the time, so a very disheartening task faced some searchers depending on the bleacher placement at the time of arrival. Anyone who asked for a hint was told the cache was not in the bleachers.
About half the solvers already knew the game of cribbage, I would estimate from their logs and emails.
