Geocache Description:


This cache is a pill vile but when u find this cache it could have been used to help build a dam. When crossing the bridge or water fall i should say take the trail on your right hand side that will get you started in the right direction. This old mill has alot of history it was built in 1838, the wheel its self was 17 ft in diameter. The mil ground 50 bushels of wheat,rye,corn,and oats. In the midst of a drought, William Vail purchased the mill in 1901 and raised the dam to let more water flow to the Blairstown Electric Light Company's Plant downstream at Paulina. some neat history here take a look around and while your here try your luck on some fishing caught a nice 3 lb. bass out of her when i was younger.
