Geocache Description:

There is "1.17 Flame of Hope" to remember the Great Hanshin Earthquake which hit at 5:46am, the 17th January 1995.

The flame was ignited at every city and town having suffered from the quake and brought over here.
Yes, this is a flame!

Here is the English transcript of the flame.

----1.17 Flame of Hope----

5.46am, 17th January 1995
The Great Hanshin Earthquake

This earthquake took many things,
Lives,Jobs,Communities, Our Cityscape, Our Memories,
These things appear safe, permanent,
Even Moments before, we cannot know

Earthquake left many things behind,
Kindness, Compassion, Human Bonds, Friendship

This flame links the lives which were taken away,
With our thoughts, the survivors,

When you come down along the Flower Road, you will arrive in this quite modern monument. Please mind that your GPSr may be fooled by high story buildings in its neighbour.

Stand right in front of the flame. You will see a tall tree behind the flame to your left. A camo cache is placed at root of the tree.

炎の前に立ってみてください。炎の後方左手に立ってる木の根元にカモコンテナがあります。
