Nestled well within the suburban sprawl, this cache is located in an urban oasis of cool bushland. The area has cost millions of dollars to preserve, but the air around it may not be so lucky.
The container has a smallish opening so don't bring anything too large to put in it. Also note that the cache setter forgot to include a pen so please bring one and record your visit in the log book.
If you need additional clues, drop a clue request on the wall of our new "Cache Hounds" Facebook Page at
Cache Hounds Facebook Clues and we'll try to help. Good Luck.
Update 13/05/2023
The cache is a small cylinder, nestled between some rocks at the base of two trees. If you see the terracotta pipe you are very close.
Follow the path to the right at the top of the stairs along the edge of the rock wall. Eventually you will need to step up onto a ledge and wander through the ferns to the trees and rocks. It is hidden under the SPOR.
Parking is best at Girrahween Park, near the corner of View St and Sutton St. Follow the path downhll and along the Wolli Creek Walking Track.
