There is nothing at the listed coordinates, but they put you in the midst of hundreds of possible locations within a quarter mile.

Since the snow in Philadelphia makes it almost impossible to do any caching, why not place one of the nanos I recently acquired.
But it would be too easy if I just gave the final coordinates.
The cache is not at the listed coords, but within a quarter mile of them, maybe much closer.
Cache is at 40N 13.ABC, 75W 14.DEF. So you have to figure this out from the title; remembering the CO is sometimes in a world of his own. ABC derive from Charis, DEF from Industria.
It might help to know that Charis Industria is owned by Drs. N. Kopff and W. Charlois.
