CAPELA DE SANTO ADRIÃO

O objectivo desta cache é levar-vos a visitar uma lindissima capela, que felizmente, embora tenham construído um nova igreja, tiveram o bom senso de a manter, pois não se pode perder o nosso património, e este local demonstra como isso é possivel.

Uma inscrição existente no arco da porta informa-nos que foi mandada fazer no ano de 1576 por um certo António Sobrinho.

Da mesma forma que muitas outras igrejas de Braga e do Minho, também esta capela recebeu um retábulo novo em pleno período barroco.

Se possivel façam C.I.T.O.

Atenção: não é necessário desfazer o muro, o erro do GPS no local era de 8m, em caso de duvida ver a hint ou a imagem de spoiler.

The purpose of this cache is to bring you to visit a beautiful chapel, which fortunately, although a new church was built, they have then good sense to keep it, because we can not lose our heritage, and this site shows how this is possible.

An inscription on the arch of the door tells us that was sent to the year 1576 by a certain Antonio Sobrinho.
