You're looking for a green German army canteen container.
This is rated a 2 for difficulty because stealth will be required -- especially during normal business hours. If you happen to visit during those hours be sure to stop in and say hello in the adjacent office building for some 411 on surrounding community.
Included in the cache is a Disney figurine, a small deck of cards and an un-circulated 1964-P collector nickel for the first to find.
