What |
This is a very laid
back event to meet and greet fellow enthusiasts and discuss
geocaching ideas from around the country and world.
It all began with the 1st annual GeoWoodstock on 6/21/2003 in
Louisville, KY and has grown into a Mega event. We expect this
year's attendance to go well over 1000! Do I hear Colossal?
Humongous?
If you have never attended a GeoWoodstock, make plans to attend now
and see what it's all about!
If you have attended before, well, you know the feeling and we'll
see you in May!
Important Note: You MUST register at The
Registration Page in order to receive a meal ticket. This is
necessary because we will need an accurate count to ensure the
proper amount of food is purchased and prepared. All will be
welcome at the event, but meal tickets will only be handed out
to those who register. |

Vendors |
Attention all
prospective vendors of geo-swag and geo-stuff for Geowoodstock 5.
Because this event will be so large, it is important for there to
be designated areas for designated activities. For the first time
ever at Geowoodstock, there will be a designated Vendor’s Row! All
vendors must be registered with the event committee so that we can
assign your spot. There is no fee to register as an official
Geowoodstock vendor. However, no one will be permitted to set up
shop outside the designated vendor area; those tables, chairs, and
tents are reserved for other activities and functions. Please see
the geowoodstock5.com website for full details. |
