This geocache was originally placed as "Tickled Pink" by BC Jewel to celebrate 20 years of Sparks (Girl Guides of Canada). As of November 2, 2019 Suella has replaced the Tickled Pink cache with "Fit Family and Friends" at the same location.
This is a jar that was created to celebrate the Special Olympics British Columbia - Kelowna local. We have athletes who have competed from Regional, to Provincial, to National and then World Games. Just like the standard Olympics, people trade pins from different countries when they attend World Games. The cache has an assortment of pins to start that were donated by coaches and athletes. During the summers, you can find the Fit, Family & Friends group walking Wednesday evenings through Mission Creek park. We thought it would be fun to share geocaching and be able to check the log when there's activity. We put a little time in to camo the cache well. Please ensure it's not too obvious when replacing :) Good luck!
