Geocache Description:

We both attended elementary school in this building, which original had several classroom buidings behind it before they were torn down and the school was sold to developers. It now houses several businesses includng an Asian restaurant and the grounds behind it are parking for theaters.

The building is a beautiful yet simple piece of architecture, with old urns dispayed out front and we wanted others to see this part of old San Jose since so much has disappeared. We remember Capitol Ave when it was 2 lanes and the orchard trees were on both sides. Simple times. Cache is an Altoids tin, bring a pen as none is included. Not inside bushes.
