Geocache Description:

This is the "brother cache" of Fish and the Turtle #1. It's located in a park not too far from Twitch and Shout. Access should be wheelchair friendly but may need assistance in retrieving the cache, depending on the ability of the cacher.

This cache is somewhat difficult and has got some good camo for the area. But please don't yank the cache out of its hiding place! Just take off the lid and replace it as found. There is enough room in the container for small trade items.
