Geocache Description:

This cache is placed in the Douglas Conservation Area, home to my other cache, Conservation Coin Collection. The cache is just a short, easy hike through a beautiful piece of land.

The cache is a clear Lock n Lock container hidden just past a grassy field near the mighty Mumford River. The park has recently seen some very nice additions such as the stone steps you will most likely climb to reach the cache location and a picnic table near the river edge. It may not look all that powerful here, but farther east, the river has enough power to have once run the Whitin Machine Works in Whitinsville and the Linwood, Crown, Eagle, and Capron Mills in Uxbridge.
