Rated a 4 it's a kiss the pavement good bye for a day or so, 340 km return SUV or Pickup drive up Orma Lake Rd. just East of Churchill Falls which is about a 600 km return trip from pavement. Bit of ground clearance needed but ok for 2 wheel drive vehicles with big tires. Let someone know where you are going before doing this one.
This is an easy find but a bit of a remote cache. Steve and I were
sort of close by, well a couple of hours drive away, doing
maintenance on Caribou Jaw Confulence Geocache. Over a hearty
breakfast, which I cooked, we thought, heck some people like long
exploring back woods type drives in their 4 x 4 vehicles so let's
give them a run. We went to the end of the road, took a walk along
the last dyke and placed an ammo box with a log book and the usual
trade items. Now lets see who the REAL Labrador adventurers are!!!!
