There are 3 ways to get to this cache (3 Way Rock). The first and easiest is from the ocean if you have the equipment, ie; paddleboard, kayak, canoe etc. Launch from the Harbor Patrol headquarters at 1901 Bayside Dr. Paddle out to the rock (2 miles). Upon approach paddle around to the East side of the rock, from here you can either climb the rock from the water on the South East corner or from the back side.
The second way is from Corona Del Mar. Park at the corner of Poppy and Ocean and walk down to the rock. Once there you can swim out to the rock and around to the Eastside and climb, or climb it from the back side.
The third way is to park at Crystal Cove State Park and walk up. Use same directions as above.
A few suggestions that I strongly recommend,
Go at low tide.
Wear shoes at all times.
Go with at least one other person.
Never do this when there is a large swell running.
If you climb from the back side, wade out to the arch. Just to the right of it you will see a little ledge that you can climb.
The cache is in a red thermos wedged into a hole on the rock with the following contents.
