YOUR CHECK’S IN THE POST

N52, then:
This incredibly easy little quiz will test your memory. The answers are nothing at all to do with cheques or money but are all associated with different types of animals appearing in TV series, films, or cartoons, some from long ago. A good parking spot for this, and at least one other cache, can be found at N52 28.973 W001 34.534.
The cache is a small air and water tight container in a camo bag, but first you will need to find the micro. The micro gives instructions for finding the final cache and you will need to think on your feet to find this one!
You will need the number of letters for the following:
1. Name the talking horse from an American sitcom first aired in 1961 (just his name, not his title)
2. This was a show in 1964 about a game ranger named Porter Ricks, and his two sons, Sandy and Bud. The show centred around a precocious pet dolphin. What was the name of the dolphin? Add 1 to your answer
3. What was Clyde, who appeared with Clint Eastwood in Every Which Way but Loose?
4. What animal was Wilbur in the film of 1973 Charlotte’s Web?
5. What was the name of the animal in the tv Series that ran from 1954 – 1974 with Tommy Rettig playing the part of Jeff Miller?
W001, then:
6. What was Babe?
7. Who was the famous stallion of Broken Wheel Ranch in the TV series that ran from 1955 – 1960 and starred Peter Graves and Bobby Diamond ?
8. What was Skippy in the Australian family adventure series that ran from 1966-68?
9. What colour was the animal (also part of its name) in the film based on Anna Sewall's children's classic set in the Victorian era? From your answer subtract the number of letters from the name of the cartoon mouse who appeared in the animated team written and directed by Hanna-Barbera.
10. Add 1 to the number of letters in the name of the stallion in the children's television series set in the Old West. It was first broadcast in 1955 and 1956, and starred Barry Curtis as twelve-year-old Ricky North, who lived on his uncle's ranch. Ricky's companions were the wild stallion and the German Shepherd Dog, Rebel. The title song was by Frankie Laine.
