This cache replaces A Lazy Bush... Located along Crum Creek, we placed this cache in the park across the street from the Thomas Leiper House. Depending on the way you choose to go, this can be an easy walk along the street (Please be observant of traffic) or a safer walk through the park. Either way, during the summer months, there are a few thorny bushes along the hike.
Leiper had many quarries and is credited with the first "Surveyed" railway in PA. Search the net for Thomas Leiper Quarry PA to get more detailed historical info.
The park is located on Avondale Road, which runs under I-476. Park across from the Leiper house, N 39 53.369 W 075 21.425 near the wooden sign with the name of the park on it and a bit more information. Park is open dawn to dusk, no pets. The cache is a small peanut butter jar, painted black. It has swag for trade and some nice FTF items.
Since this is a new cache, in a different area of the park, everyone that did the original cache is welcome to find this one.
