10/25/07: After years
of dealing with low quality cachers stealing, breaking,
plundering, and misplacing my caches, I'm exhausted. I have
tried to provide quality, creative, and original caches for
over six years, costing me a good amount of time and money.
Sometimes the only reward is yet another cut n' paste log
from a numbers-obsessed cacher. Coupled with the ongoing
damage at my caches, it just ain't worth it and it's not fun.
I will continue my normal maintenance visits but I am now
archiving all my caches if they are again ruined by LQCs (or
if the cache is controversial in any way). This process may
be quick or long depending on the cachers that come here. For
the enjoyment of future cachers, please take care of this
cache just as indicated below to help preserve this hide. I
do send a BIG thanks to all the high quality cachers who have
helped support me and my caches through the years. Much
appreciated! -CoolCache

Once upon a time this cache used to be called "Unnatural
Selection" and was a standard maybe overly-realistic georock hide.
Yawn. This just wasn't the the quality of hide I wanted to do
here... how much fun really is it to search for an aspirin in a
pharmacy? It sucks. Hence, I have totally changed and completely
upgraded this hide. I was prompted to do the upgrade and hide many
more (see below) by the recent trail developments (10/05).
"Get Smart" resides at the now newly opened trail that now
extends all the way to 146th South and beyond. When originally
placed the point marked the trail's end but now that landowner has
given permission for its continuation southward. From the Spring
View Farms trailhead the distance is .80 miles to get here.
Coordinates should be spot on as you start getting smart at its
new location (just 266' from the original). I can email a hint if
there's trouble but ONLY for logged DNFs. Enjoy the assignment!

Another CoolCache original.
Welcome to paved trail caching!
CoolCache says there are few caching experiences as fun as a paved
river trail: scenic views, good privacy for searching, great
productivity, and they allow for some fun biking or xootering while
bringing your "dog friend" along (my dog friend). Great exercise for her, great
caching for you! While on the trail and in addition to several
others, check out all the CoolCache hides, listed below north to
south. Launch points can either be 126th South or 146th South at
the "Spring View Farms" trail head with good parking available at
both locations. Cache on!
