This cache is in the The Kings of Ebrauc series. To find this king you must first find King Arthuis

Would you believe it King Oliver, son of King Arthur; the unlikely subject of a popular musical recording by Elvis Costello in the late 20th Century. His talent was in repelling the Anglians by the judicious application of cold steel on a long stick.

His lovely wife Erfiddyl produced triplets. The runt of the litter Ceindrych Benasgel was given the epithet ‘the wing headed’. It being several hundred years before the invention of the wing nut, the ‘title’ served to draw attention to his over developed lugs; a physical trait that survives the royal line to this day.
