I have driven past this spot many times and have often wondered...what is normal and why do they need such a large tank to hold it? If i needed an excuse to place a cache here it is, a nice normal cache...
Altoids size tin containg a cache note, log (no pen so please bring one) a wooden snake puzzle, green camelion an orange worm and a blue worm.
You can't park right next to it but you can park less than a minute walk away. There are plenty of trees around so GP Smay be spotty, my coordinates are an average of 100 reads at about 15.5 feet accuracy.
