Geocache Description:

Geocachers of West Tennessee

A long time ago

in a swamp far, far away...

there lived a geocache...

GC7A45

But it was more than most folks could handle. So it was archived.

But, Memphis needed a challenge, so there came...

GCC08D

These local legends were hidden by a geocacher known only as...

SOUP

Seinfeld fans will immediately recognize the reference to an enigmatic character played by veteran character actor Larry Thomas, who bore more resemblance to a certain Russian World War II leader than his German counterpart.

Alas, "Soup" left the kitchen, but his cache lived on, inspiring hunters, muddying boots, and becoming one of the most watched caches in the Memphis area. Until someone trashed the cache.

While no cache can take the place of "Soup's DVD," this cache does take it's space. Stocked with a small selection of DVD's, including a widescreen theatrical release of The Fellowship of the Ring, this ammo can awaits only the most intrepid geocachers and their wading boots, airboats, and whatever else you might need. Be careful, and remember...

"A man's got to know his limitations" - "Dirty" Harry Callahan.
