The evil Dr. Diaper plans to destroy the moon with his Lasermatic 2000 as part of his plan to take over the world. He has scampered into a hideout somewhere around the trails at Waterworks Park.
George Beard, Harold Hutchins, and Captain Underpants are on his trail, looking for him in various locations within the park. Your best bet to find Dr. Diaper is to find these three first and see if they know anything. Good luck!
