Geocache Description:

Welcome to the Cairns event to celebrate 10 years of Geocaching.

This event is being held on the esplanade starting at 1600 on Sunday afternoon.

Come and join in and get the chance to grab a once only icon for your cache list.

Icon is similar to the image displayed.
You may have to wait another ten years for another opportunity.

The Event will be held on the Eastern side of the Lagoon which is a bit quieter normally, Just look for the banner on Display. There will be an assortment of party food available and there is the great facilities of the Pier next door for those that want to party on...

We are planning several caching games with prizes to be had and of course there shall be cake.

The event will also see the release of some new caches so everyone attending will have a chance of getting a FTF.

So come long with your smile, some chairs to sit on and some stories to tell and lets celebrate 10 years of Geocaching.
