Guess who is having ANOTHER birthday???
Yep, it's BikerMike! We won't ask him "which" birthday it is
though..........we don't know if we can count that high!
But no
matter how OLD you are Mikey..........
HAPPY
BIRTHDAY!
The cache is hidden in one of those really
cool areas.......you know....the kind where you feel like you're
out in the boonies when you're really right in the middle of
town!
The best (and legal) route to go at the cache
is from Industrial blvd. Turn on Industrial from WEST LOOP 340
(Not S. Industrial Drive from Franklin Avenue!!!) and drive all
the way to the end of the paved road and PARK! (PLEASE DO NOT GO OFF ROAD!!! It's illegal
here!) There is plenty of
good parking around here. Then just enjoy the short hike (less than
.15 mile) on the dirt road until the last 100
feet.
The Cache is an OLD 30 cal camo'd ammo
can. Yes, an OLD ammo can...we had to be
sure that BikerMike would have a "Good" birthday and find this
cache on his first attempt! (Just Kidding Mikey!) The cache is in
town; but it's still out in the middle of nowhere! Is it scenic? I
guess that depends on your definition of "scenic".
LOL
The cache has some "birthday" type goodies in
it including a little fire extinguisher for Mikey just in case he
needs some help blowing out ALL THOSE CANDLES
that will be on his cake this year!
There is also a
special "birthday boy" zip lock baggie with some goodies in
it just for BikerMike. (It took up half the container so
there just wasn't too much room for anything
else!)
There are however, some cool laminated "I
Found It" cards for the first "8" finders after BikerMike. Please
take one!

The cache also contains a CAMERA. In
order to log your find you (yes, you too Mikey!) MUST put on one of
the "birthday hats" that are in the cache and take a picture of
yourself! You can take another picture too
if you would like...but at least one picture must be of you in a
birthday hat!!! Also, Please feel free to
wave or make a jesture at BikerMike in your picture! Heck, you may
even want to bring along a little sign or message to include in the
picture. After several pictures are taken I will develope them and
not only post them to this cache page; I will also make copies for
the Birthday Boy!
Note: The camera does have a flash if you
need it. Follow the instructions on the back of the camera in order
to activate the flash.
Please write down the picture # ('s) that you
took in both the cache log and on your "on line" log so we'll know
who is who!
