Located in the market town of Hexham.
This is the first cache we have hidden so we have made it an easy one to get when you are in Hexham. There is plenty of off street parking to get to it and can be approached from all directions. I recommend parking in the town (take note of parking charges) and walking past the Abbey continuing on down through the park which is a little bit longer but more enjoyable. The Sele is busy place as people use as a thoroughfare to town and walking the dogs (don’t forget your pooper-scooper) as well as the children’s playground and skateboard park. During the year the hold concerts, fairs, the bonfire, football matches and when snow is on the ground sledging down the hill.
