Geocache Description:

Located just off of a mountain biking trail, this cache contains small toy vehicles, from which you are free to take one.

This cache is a themed cache. It is an ammo can containing a variety of small toy vehicles. Each of the vehicles in the initial cache is part of the Matchbox 2000 and 2001 collections. The initial vehicles are as follows:
  • #2 BMW 850i
  • #26 Airport Fire Pumper
  • #32 Nissan Xterra
  • #37 Bulldozer
  • #42 Ambulance
  • #47 Armored Police Truck (removed by a non-logging geocacher 6/3/02)
  • #51 Police Robot Truck
  • #61 Truck Camper
  • #66 Mission Chopper
  • #99 GMC Bucket Truck
Because this cache is difficult to get to, I have changed the rules to the benefit of the geocacher. If you do find the cache, you are free to take a car (one per team), but you are not required to replace the car you take with another one. Matchbox cars make great stocking stuffers for young children this Christmas, so December is a great month to visit this cache. Please do not put anything in the cache other than small toy vehicles or a travel bug.

If you are building a toy car collection, visiting this cache may be a great way to find that missing vehicle to complete your collection.

This cache is located on top of a hill just off of a mountain biking trail in a public recreation area.
