Brisbane Oddities - Troubled Bridge over Waters

This is one of seven caches that I placed in and around Brisbane.
Each location has been selected because it stands out and you can't help but look twice.
In order to find the cache you will first have to find the particular Oddity shown in the picture clue below. Once there you will need to find its GPS coordinate and add or subtract the offset values at the bottom of the picture to get the GPS coordinates of the cache. Some clues to the whereabouts of the Oddity are given below, some detective work may be required ( an internet search may help).
Troubled Bridge over Waters - this construction has been controversial from the start. Whilst it stands out it qualifies as odd due to what crosses it. ONLY public transport, pedestrians and bicycles (my favourite). Quoting Kermit the frog, "It isn't easy being green."
To find the cache you first need to find the seat with the view of the bridge shown in the picture clue. YoUQan now cross the bridge and 'go between' this seat and the University on the other side of the river. Feel free to include pictures of the bridge in your log.
