Are there any TOTTs you might require such as a ladder, a fishing pole or a kayak? What footwear is appropriate? Sure, caching Birks might be okay for urban park and grabs, but should you consider upgrading to Crocs and engaging sports mode for more adventurous terrain?
Then of course, there are the caches you plan to find, or fail to plan to find because you relied on others making a list instead of making one yourself. You don't want to get home after your trip and discover that you had driven straight past a cache that you hadn't solved or that you needed to help qualify for a challenge, or even, god forbid, to help you complete some kind of D/T loop or other personal goal.
