I remember as a young boy my grandfather took me down to the old Brett’s sawmill. The site has certainly changed a lot since then. Another notable business I remember was just down across the road where Officeworks and KFC currently sit. Leach Motors was the local Holden Dealer who were there for years. When I was old enough to ride around on my BMX I’d head down and look at the new model Commodore whenever it came out.
