Another of the By Boot or By Boat series. Caches you can walk to or paddle to (or in the case of Monksville, motor to as long as your motor is under 10HP). If you are coming in via boot, it will be hard to get at this one without getting wet. I think it can be done if you are agile.
Cache is along an ancient road bed hidden right where it disappears under Monksville Reservoir.
