MARCH 2017 UPDATE - CHANGE OF LOCATION:
The cache location has been moved. The container is no longer in the previous location near the south side of the road and near the bottom of the hill.
The container is also NOT at the location of the given coordinates. I am making it easier for future cachers now, so that there will be no question what type of cache this is, and how you will need to find it.
Here are the instructions: You will need to go to the coordinates, then climb down into the concrete stream culvert. Once standing in the water with your shoes or boots or waders or whatever, you will walk under the road in the culvert tunnel. The cache is supposed to be 20 or 30 feet inside the culvert tunnel, directly underneath the road. If you find it in the future near the tunnel entrance and accessible by arms-reach, then please do me a favor and walk it back under the road a good distance so that others can join in on the hunt that I have intended.
