Geocache Description:

You are looking for a 1.1 liter lock & lock container. The cache contains a log book, pencil, geocaching letter, contact information and various trading items.

There is a FTF Signal Frog Geocoin for the first finder.

Trappers would build a small rudimentary log cabin, approximate size 8ft. X 10ft, which they would stay in while on their trap lines in winter. The trappers would heat their tilt by a small sheet metal wood stove that served as a cook stove as well. A tilt was usually equipped with 2 bunks with the stove at one end and the door on the other. The bunks served as chairs.

The old timers would describe some one who smokes a lot of cigarettes as “he smokes like a tilt” so the tilt must have been smokey when the fire was burning.
