Chuck Walla: Greetings from Geocaching.com!

Since you have not responded to my reviewer log about your cache, the cache has been archived.

Some time ago, I posted a note to your cache page requesting a response from you to post what you were planning to do with the cache on the page and to send me a note. I have no record of a response, and no response tells me that you are not planning on replacing or repairing this cache. If I am wrong with that assumption, please let me know promptly. I can always unarchive the cache for you if needed.

Geocache Description:

*** THE CACHE IS AT THE LISTED COORDINATES ***

I call this cache "Grandpa's Challenge". To open the "Grandpa's Challenge" container,
you must first find out how to get the key.

Inside the "Grandpa's Challenge" you will find the log to sign.

There are no other valuables inside so please don't destroy it trying to get it open.
Of course, you could take a hammer to it, but why?

The challenge here is to sign the log. There is nothing about this container that needs
to be forced, simple manipulation is all that's required.

Here is a picture of the "Grandpa's Challenge" container, so you'll know what you're looking for.

After you have signed the log, lock the container back up, as you found it.

Please do NOT put any items in the container !!!

If you have swag or TB's to drop off, please find another cache for that.

Be careful not to drop the key. If you do lose it, please email me
as soon as possible so I can replace it.

Don't forget to bring a

I hope you have as much fun with this as I did.

One last item: The difficulty rating of 4 means that this is NOT
an easy puzzle to figure out. If it were I would have rated it lower.
Having said that, there will be NO hints, NO clues in response to e-mails...etc.

The first three logs below are folks who found and solved this before I had to revise it.
At that time it was only rated as a 1.5 difficulty.

Congrats to Lucky72315 for FTF

And he found it on April Fools Day !!!
He was also FTF on the revised edition.
