This is no ordinary geocaching trading item!

Panama Pete is a Travel Bug Dog Tag Travel Bug, traveling from geocache to geocache on a very specific mission.

If you do not intend to log your visit on the Geocaching.com web site, please DO NOT TAKE THIS ITEM. Its travels and its progress requires you to log that it is being taken from this geocache. You will also need to log when you place it in another geocache. It's easy!

If you are willing to log your part of this Trackable's journey and place it in another geocache as soon as possible (after you log your find), grab it from this geocache.

My Current Goal:

This travel bug is Panama Pete. Panama Pete started his life in a tourist souvenir shop down in Panama City Beach, Florida, but he quickly became bored in his job as an ordinary key chain. Panama Pete determined he wanted to see more of the world than he could experience hanging from a key rack. In response to his request, we attached him to a travel bug tag and tossed him out into the big, wide world. Panama Pete is a very friendly vegan alligator so you don't have to fear letting him share space in your geo-mobile. He will sit quietly and enjoy the ride as long as you promise to leave him at another safe cache where another cacher can find him and move him on. We would enjoy any little stories you would like to share about your adventures with Panama Pete and always, like seeing photos of him. Thanks for picking up Panama Pete and safe travels.
