Forgot we had this little guy! He got buried in a geocaching bag and we thought we had dropped him off somewhere and forgot to log him...whoops!

He is heading to a GGA meeting and will get to move on there.

What better place for a Jeep TBug photo than the new WWII Memorial in Washington DC. The Willys Jeep proved itself as an invaluable tool to the soldiers in WWII. I looked at all of the relief bronzed images at the entrance of the Memorial and found one of a Jeep being let down with soldiers guiding it to the ground. This is a close up photo of a Yellow Jeep Travel Bug as well as an old Willys Jeep that I have. Its like grandfather and grandson visiting! Great day celebrating D-Day's 60th Anniversary.

    • Yellow Jeep and Willys Jeeps at WWII Memorial What better place to take my first Jeep TBug photos than the new WWII Memorial in Washington DC. I walked around looking at all of the relief bronzed images at the entrance of the Memorial and found one of a Jeep being let down with soldiers guiding it to the ground. It is cool that they have a Jeep included in the memorial!

The little yellow guy is now off and running. I think he is going to meet a distant relative in a rather historic place very soon.
