I found Randall in 'She's So Heavy' cache in Columbus, Ohio this morning. He will probably move north in the near future.

This is Sparrowhawk speaking from an alternate user account. Randall was taking by a cacher who claimed to be taking this bug to Ohio, but more than a month later, it was still logged in my PDX Airport cache.

So now it is time to park it (along with the similarly erstwhile Nano-Bug) on my alternate username so that I can keep my PDX cache phantom-bug free. Thanks to the bug owner for the tracking number help. :)
