Fredrick the Firefighter is on a mission. To visit as many fire stations/houses as possible while travelling across North America. He hopes to be home in a Fredericton NB cache for Xmas 2008.

Not sure what happened to this one....found it in the Dinner's On cache on July 7th, but when I went to log it, it showed as still being in the hands of Fireguy1974 who supposedly retrieved it last year sometime and still has it. So I'm logging it as having "grabbed" it so it will get moving again. Not sure how it ended up in the Dinner's On cache but will log it as being in there and then retrieved again. Then I'll move it along shortly.

retrieved fredrick the firefighter from cache, after some maxing and relaxing in muskoka its time for him to see the sights of muskoka ( ontario fire college, opp headquarters, and maybe getting over his fear of dogs the opp k9 training area @ the fire college and who knows what else. so far fredrick has been to a car fire, 2 medical calls and a water rescue. seeing the world and doing his best from a bunker coat pocket im sure fredrick will be a great asset to any cache he joins. pictures to follow him soon and best wishes to all who help him on his way home for xmas 2008 in fredricton NB

Enjoyed time with Fredrick, took him to some fire halls in Hamilton, ON and then took him north to the Minden-Dorset area, with stops at the Fire Hall restaurant, the Fire Hazard sign at the Leslie Frost centre, the fire hall in Dorset and then to the old fire tower at Dorset. Dropped him in the hands of a real firefighter.
