The TB itself is the Chichen Itza tag from geocaching's Wonders of the World promotion.
Attached to it is a 3D-printed miniature of the Jumanji board game. Jumanji was originally a children's picture book (1981), which was then adapted to the renown movie of the same name in 1995 starring Robin Williams. There's been one more recent adaptation (and a sequel), but I personally do not feel like they have the same feel as the originals.
