"A Pennsylvania Flower" is part of the TeamK-9 Race to Fun TB Race. It would like to be placed in any cache on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, it would then like to return to Western Pennsylvania, and any one of TeamK-9's caches.
As a less important objective, it would like to collect pictures of flowers of different species from many different states.
As anyone who lives in Pennsylvania will tell you, there are only two REAL seasons. Winter and Construction. In fact, the traffic cone has been called by many the Pennsylvania State Flower. That, and my obsession with traffic cones is what moved me to make this bug part of the race.
