This travel bug has enjoyed a nice stay in the Central Michigan TB Hotel. They hit the casino and visited the Central Michigan University campus and enjoyed some great food at Pixie's. But now is the time to make the trip down to the ghost town of Eureka and attend the MiGO Winter Social. There, someone will give it the ride it requires to get out of the Mid Michigan area. Happy trails!

This travel bug fell under the "Northern Michigan Wilderness Cache In Winter" Trap, meaning that no one got it out of the cache in the middle of nowhere in Northern Michigan before two feet of snow made it impossible to get it out.

Luckily, enough snow had melted that I drove my Jeep down the winding two-track road and managed to get this travel bug out of the cache (next to a pile of dead deer, mutilated by coyotes no less)!

It will be headed for Mt. Pleasant, Michigan first, and ultimately end up at the Winter Social in Eureka, Michigan. This is one of Michigan's biggest events, where someone from far away can get this travel bug back on the road.
