    This is one of the most unusual travel bugs that I've ever seen.
    I plan on caching west of Cleveland tomorrow, so I'll be able to get him a little closer to his goal.

    Found it, I think... only the tag and the mission paper - I would assume the tag was attached to something... will email owner.

    Placed him in one of a co-cache of mine.
    Yes, west, I hope I helped, even gave him a rainjacket of sorts... for protection, to help him over the Cuyahoga, never seen a bug like this before. Placed in ABBY, ABBY NORMAL- how fitting!!!!
