Like the monster in Minecraft, Creeper Carl likes to blow things up. So in order to keep him from blowing something up that somebody cares about we need to keep him in caches near abandoned objects, since he needs to blow something up but we have to make sure it's not something anyone will worry about. Creeper Carl can visit all caches but prefers to visit caches with the "abandoned structure" attribute.
Creeper Carl is a creeper from the popular sandbox building game Minecraft. In Minecraft, the creepers attack the player by self destructing and blowing up next to them.
