La DeLorean DMC-12 est une automobile construite par DeLorean Motor Compagny (DMC), entre 1981 et 1983.
Plus connue sous le nom de « DeLorean », puisqu'il s'agit de l'unique modèle jamais produit par ce constructeur, la DMC-12 est équipée de deux portes papillon en inox avec une caisse en fibre de verre sur laquelle des panneaux en acier inoxydable ont été apposés.
Cette voiture connaît une renommée internationale grâce à son apparition au cinéma dans la trilogie Retour vers le futur, où elle est convertie en machine à voyager dans le temps.

The DeLorean DMC-12 is an automobile built by DeLorean Motor Company (DMC), between 1981 and 1983.
Better known as "DeLorean", since it is the only model ever produced by this manufacturer, the DMC-12 is equipped with two stainless steel butterfly doors with a fiberglass box on which panels stainless steel were affixed.
This car is internationally renowned thanks to its appearance at the cinema in the trilogy Back to the future, where it is converted into a machine traveling time.
